Maintenance Reliability Lead

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Reliability Lead to join our team at Aeolus Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the Role:The Maintenance Reliability Lead is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and reliability activities across the organization. This includes supervising a team of skilled trades professionals, coordinating maintenance schedules, and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory levels, and personnel performance metrics.
- Provide coaching, leadership, and performance assessments for maintenance personnel, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including production managers, quality assurance specialists, and senior leadership.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification (e.g., Electro-mechanical license) with an electro-mechanical background.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in plant maintenance, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage and engage a team of skilled trades professionals, with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices and adherence to safety policies and procedures.
- Strong adaptability to changing organizational and operational needs, with the ability to lead teams through change.
- Team-oriented leadership style with cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficient in preventive maintenance planning and technical systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent organizational abilities.
