Student Recruiter Advisor

At Douglas College, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Student Recruiter Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in promoting our programs and services to prospective students.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote and coordinate student domestic recruitment programs, including designing presentations and providing information to students on post-secondary education options.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with secondary schools, government agencies, and community groups to promote our programs and services.
- Supervise the work of Student Assistants and Co-op Students, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Support the Associate Student Recruiter Advisor in supervising the Student Ambassador volunteer group.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from a recognized post-secondary educational institution, plus two years' related work experience.
- Working knowledge of the B.C. post-secondary education system, including admission requirements and programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills, including written and verbal fluency in English.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.
- Criminal Record Check required.
