Front Office Manager

Responsibilities:
* Manage the front desk operations, including guest check-in and check-out, room assignments, and key control
* Supervise and train front desk agents to ensure they are providing excellent customer service
* Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including complaints and compliments
* Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless guest experiences
* Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in a front office or customer service role
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
