Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at our Paramount location in Kelowna, BC. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every guest has a memorable experience
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including the bar area and surrounding spaces
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent service
  • Stay up-to-date with drink menus and promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of beer and cocktails, including ingredients and preparation methods
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
