About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Landscape Gardening Assistant to join our team at Panoramic Landscaping and Contracting. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in assisting our experienced landscapers with various tasks related to landscape construction, maintenance, and gardening.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Landscape Constructions: Work alongside our experienced team to assist with the construction of landscapes, including digging, planting, and installing various features.
  • Tie and Secure Plants: Ensure that plants are properly secured and tied to prevent damage or loss.
  • Weed, Prune, and Trim Trees and Plants: Maintain the health and appearance of trees and plants by removing weeds, pruning, and trimming as needed.
  • Cut Grass: Maintain the appearance of lawns by cutting grass to the required height.
  • Remove Litter and Garbage: Keep our work areas clean and free of litter and garbage.
  • Cart and Spread Topsoil and Other Materials: Assist with the transportation and spreading of topsoil and other materials as required.
  • Plant Bulbs, Flowers, Shrubs, and Trees: Plant a variety of flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the beauty of our landscapes.
  • Dig Cemetery Graves: Assist with the digging of graves in cemeteries.
  • Repair and Maintain Equipment: Assist with the maintenance and repair of equipment used in our landscaping operations.
  • Water and Tend to Plants, Lawns, and/or Gardens: Ensure that plants, lawns, and gardens are properly watered and maintained.
  • Operate and Maintain Landscape Maintenance Equipment: Assist with the operation and maintenance of equipment used in our landscaping operations.
Requirements
  • Will Train: We are willing to train the right candidate for this role.
  • Permanent Employment: This is a permanent position with a regular 40-hour workweek.
  • Language of Work: English is the primary language of work.
