Logistics Manager

Pantos Logistics Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistics and transportation of goods, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train staff to ensure effective logistics operations
- Manage finances and budget to optimize logistics costs
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and standards
- Establish and implement policies and standards for transportation and storage of goods
- Oversee scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
