Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Mike's Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals, inspecting kitchens, training staff, and managing kitchen operations.

    • Food Safety: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
    • Inspection: Inspect kitchens and food service areas.
    • Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
    • Supply Management: Order supplies and equipment.
    • Cleaning: Clean kitchen and work areas.
    • Kitchen Management: Manage kitchen operations.
