**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Team Lead to join our team at Artisan Smoke Shop in King George. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

**About the Role**

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for retail and customer service, with experience in supervising staff and managing inventory. You will be responsible for leading by example, motivating your team, and providing coaching and guidance to ensure that everyone is working together to achieve our goals.

**Responsibilities**

Leadership and Management:

  • Supervise and manage a team of retail staff, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
  • Motivate and engage your team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

Inventory and Merchandising:

  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and ordered as needed.
  • Monitor merchandise displays and ensure that they are visually appealing and well-organized.
  • Collaborate with the buying team to select new products and negotiate supplier agreements.

Sales and Customer Service:

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Reporting and Administration:

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Manage store administration tasks, such as scheduling and employee onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**

  • 3+ years of experience in retail leadership or management roles.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
