Job Description

As a Hotel Cleaner with Go Motel, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning and Sanitizing Rooms: Ensuring all rooms are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
  • Stocking and Restocking Linen and Amenities: Managing the inventory of linens, toiletries, and other essential items, and restocking as needed to maintain high standards of quality and availability.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Identifying and reporting any maintenance or repair issues with hotel equipment and fixtures, and assisting with minor repairs and tasks as needed.
  • Guest Services: Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests, resolving any issues that may arise, and ensuring guests have a positive experience at our hotel.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • No Formal Education Required: While formal education is not necessary, you should be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Willingness to Train: We provide comprehensive on-the-job training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.
  • Physical Ability: You should be physically fit and able to lift, push, and pull heavy objects as required.
  • Attention to Detail: You must be detail-oriented and able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the hotel.
Work Environment and Conditions

You will work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures, humidity levels, and noise levels. You will be required to stand, walk, and move frequently throughout your shift, and may be exposed to chemicals, cleaning products, and other hazards associated with housekeeping.
