Retail Operations Manager

Dollarama L.P. is a leading Canadian company seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee daily retail store operations.
About the RoleThe Assistant Store Manager provides critical support to the Store Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and acting as Manager on Duty when needed. This key role ensures adherence to company rules and regulations, conducts inventory counts, and implements established merchandising practices. The Assistant Store Manager also participates in recruitment and training activities for new employees.
Responsibilities- Support Store Manager in overseeing daily retail store operations
- Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager
- Ensure company rules and regulations are explained, understood, and followed by all team members
- Conduct inventory counts and ensure proper resupply of goods
- Implement established merchandising practices
- Participate in recruitment and training activities for new employees
- Competitive compensation package including a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
- Bonus pay and overtime pay opportunities
- Casual dress policy and flexible schedule

- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in the retail industry
- Experience in team management
- Flexible availability required (day, evening, weekend)
- Ability to efficiently organize time and manage priorities
