About the Role:

The Plexxis Software team is seeking a highly skilled Data Integration Specialist to join our team in Langford/Victoria office location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing customer business requirements and processes, verifying necessary modifications, and collaborating with internal and external departments to successfully migrate, validate, and analyze client data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry and Validation: Ensure accurate and efficient data entry and validation processes.
  • Formatting, Importing, and Analyzing Data: Format, import, and analyze data to meet business requirements.
  • Assist with Internal Automation: Assist in implementing internal automation processes to improve efficiency.
  • KPIs and Reporting: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports to track progress.

Requirements:

  • Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Good Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong Mathematic Aptitude: Ability to apply mathematical concepts to solve business problems.
  • Good Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Eligible to Work in Canada: Must be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Ability to Work at a Detailed Level while Maintaining an Overall Project Perspective: Ability to balance detailed tasks with a broader project perspective.
