About the Role

A-Z Electrical Services LTD is seeking an experienced Electrical Specialist to join our team. As an essential member of our crew, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining electrical systems in residential and commercial structures.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled electrician with at least 2 years of experience in the trade. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical codes and regulations, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. If you are a motivated and organized individual who takes pride in their work, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install electrical controls and panel boxes, underground wiring and cables, and surface mount and/or overhead cables.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and isolate faults, test and measure voltage, loads, ground faults integrity of circuits, and connect power to audio and visual equipment.
  • Supervision and Estimation: Supervise other workers, estimate costs and materials, and renovate electrical systems in residential and commercial structures.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Keep maintenance reports and documentation up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the electrical trade.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications; excellent problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks.
  • Physical Demands: Handling heavy loads, working in various locations, and being on-site for extended periods.
Benefits
  • Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
