Product Flow Coordinator

About the Role
At Real Canadian Superstore, we're inspired by our Store Team Members who help provide a positive in-store shopping experience by ensuring the store is always ready with available products that meet customer needs to live life well. As a key part of this team, you'll inspire our customers through delightful conversation and knowledge of products.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards for quality and appearance.
- Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs to assist with ordering to meet customer demands.
- Setup company-directed promotions and programs to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards are met at all times.

- Driven and able to work independently, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Resourceful and courteous when resolving customer questions or concerns, providing solutions that meet their needs.

Your Background
No previous experience is required as we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success in this role. We encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply, and welcome those with transferable skills from other industries or roles.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to work overnight shifts and flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Physical stamina to move up to 50lbs and maintain constant mobility throughout your shift.

Our estimated annual salary for this role is $31,200 based on 40 hours of work per week.
