Job Title: Office Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Btown Auto Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our business needs.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including the administration of policies and procedures related to the release of records.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including supervision of 3-4 people.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 32 to 40 hours per week.
