About the Role:
We are seeking an Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at S.T ALI INVESTMENTS LTD. in a permanent capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of other administrative staff.
- Develop and implement office procedures and routines.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries.
- Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other information.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Arrange travel and make reservations.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
Government Programs:
- Recognized employer.
- Permanently employed.
- Work language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
