Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure timely and cost-effective meal preparation.
  • Hire and manage food service staff to meet the needs of our dining establishment.
  • Ensure quality control by monitoring food preparation, presentation, and service to meet our high standards.
