**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a confident and experienced Fit Expert to join our team. As a Fit Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive high-quality alterations that meet their needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* To fit customers to ensure their alterations fit, feel, and make customers look great by honoring the Company's promise of delivering quality alterations.
* Prepare and perform basic clothing alterations, including sewing.
* Follow established standards for customer service, problem resolution, and handle customer complaints.
* Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
