About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Noverka Conseil. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in defining their business needs and identifying solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Needs Analysis

Work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions to address these needs.

Risk Analysis and Mitigation

Analyze risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring our clients' business operations are optimized and compliant with industry standards.

Reporting and Recommendations

Develop and present reports, case studies, and recommendations to our clients, providing actionable insights to inform their business decisions.

Process Improvement

Collaborate with our clients to design and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.

Requirements
  • Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analyst role, with a focus on functional analysis and process improvement.

Archer Expertise

Proven experience working with the Archer platform, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.

Agile Environment

Experience working in an Agile environment, with a focus on collaboration, flexibility, and continuous improvement.

Technical Skills

Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data analysis, process modeling, and solution design.

Language Skills

Intermediate-level proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
