Job Title: Handy Person

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handy Person to join our team at Hill Top Motel & Restaurant. As a Handy Person, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, and debris.
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Advertise vacancies and balance rent rolls.
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance.
  • Supervise other workers and perform other routine maintenance jobs.
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience.
