Food Service Team Lead

Job Title: Food Service Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Hyde Creek Petro Canada. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and requisition food and kitchen supplies.
- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports and supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in food service management.
- Food Safety Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate.
- Criminal record check.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. Physically demanding with attention to detail.
