Job Title: Supply Chain Supervisor

Oxycoast Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize supply chain operations
  • Organize and coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on supply chain performance and trends
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to improve productivity and quality
  • Coordinate and assign work to staff, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and up-to-date
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
