The Capital Formation Group of Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) is seeking a Senior Manager, Life Sciences and Innovation to play a vital role in developing new listings for TSX/TSXV in the life sciences sector. This exciting opportunity will allow you to leverage your expertise to drive growth and innovation in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and influencers to facilitate listings on the stock exchange.
- Articulate the value proposition for TSX/TSXV relative to other domestic and global exchanges.
- Support the broader TSX and TSX Venture Exchange and represent TMX at industry events.
- Identify and qualify opportunities to maintain a balanced funnel with a continuous focus on moving opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Document sales activities in Salesforce and provide regular opportunity pipeline and forecast updates and reports.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education, preferably a Bachelor of Commerce or MBA or equivalent experience.
- 5-10 years of consultative selling experience, including financial products and services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer focus and presentation experience.
- Experience with PowerPoint and Excel and presentations to C-Level executives.
- Collaborative teammate who can work efficiently with numerous partners.
- Knowledge and understanding of the capital markets.
- Familiar with Salesforce CRM or similar/equivalent sales tools.
