Job Summary

Bukhshi Insulation Inc. is seeking an experienced Insulation Team Lead to oversee our operations and lead a team of professionals. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating activities, overseeing apprenticeship training, recruiting and hiring staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of insulation professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Oversight of apprenticeship training programs to ensure skills development and knowledge transfer.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new team members, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
  • Operate CADD software systems and other computer applications to estimate costs and materials.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on project progress, including hours worked, materials used, and expenses incurred.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and promote a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in insulation-related fields, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
