Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Daadir Transportation Ltd. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of vehicle operators and crews, dispatching personnel according to schedules and work orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and logs, processing information and instructions using dispatching equipment, and responding to urgent calls from individuals who require assistance.

• Coordinate transportation operations, including dispatching personnel and managing routes
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records and logs, including mileage, fuel use, and repairs
• Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews
• Respond to urgent calls from individuals who require assistance

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school graduation certificate or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in trucking or logistics
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• A valid driver's license (Class 3 or higher)
