MAG Solar is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO and COO in their day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Responsibilities include handling day-to-day operations, screening emails and appointments, and providing administrative support to the CEO and COO. The successful candidate will have a degree, 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, and knowledge of legal, basic bookkeeping, and permit processes. The role is based in the Mission Head Office and requires a driver's license. Compensation includes a base salary of $105,000 plus bonuses up to $25,000 per year based on performance and revenue targets. The right candidate will be able to take on additional responsibilities and ensure the smooth operation of the company in the absence of the CEO and COO.
