We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Specialist to join our team at Ancaster Cardiology Cost Sharing Corp. This is a permanent opportunity with a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
About the JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, completing insurance forms, maintaining filing systems, ordering supplies, and establishing office procedures. They will also interpret languages for individuals and small groups, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work efficiently with MS Word, Excel, and Windows. They will also be reliable, organized, and have strong interpersonal skills.
