Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven District Account Executive to join our team in Montreal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of assigned accounts within a specific geographical area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search and develop potential clients to meet quarterly and yearly sales plans
  • Establish contact with new and active customers to engage in business meetings to overcome barriers, determine areas of concern, and identify growth forecasts
  • Analyze customer needs, prepare solutions, pricing, and present UPS Global Freight Forwarding services for customer acceptance and business commitments
  • Focus on retaining revenues, relationship management, and penetrating new and active growth opportunities
  • Complete maintenance, problem resolution, and sales management of client portfolio
  • Monitor sales through the drafting and updating of reports and internal systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
  • Own and operate a vehicle for their role (Mileage allowance provided)
  • Periodically willing to travel for short periods
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
  • Bilingual (French and English)
