Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for leading and coaching your team to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and service targets
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on financial products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to track team performance and client interactions
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a relationship management role within the financial industry
  • Proven track record of delivering sales and service targets
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Fluent in English and Hindi or Punjabi is an asset
