Manufacturing Quality Manager

Job Summary:
At BRIO, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to lead our quality-related work and data statistical analysis. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the quality-related work and data statistical analysis of new project stages, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.
- Analyze and improve internal quality abnormalities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain internal quality inspection standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate quality communication between the company and customers, handling customer-reported issues and resolving them in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement plans to improve product quality, track progress, and ensure that quality objectives are met.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the leader, as required.
Requirements:
- More than two years of work experience in electronics manufacturing, with a strong understanding of quality control processes.
- Familiarity with PCB and PCBA inspection standards, as well as relevant industry regulations.
- Ability to understand and output 8D reports, ensuring that quality issues are properly documented and addressed.
- Familiarity with quality statistics systems and software, with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong learning ability, with a willingness to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- Computer/electronics-related majors are preferred, but not required.
