Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dining Room Specialist to join our team at Ontario LTD.

About the Role

This permanent position involves preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to maintain attention to detail while working under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain inventory levels.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain high standards of hygiene.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Work Setting: This role is based in a restaurant or café setting.
  • Task Requirements: A minimum of 1 month to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role is preferred.
