Part-Time English & Math Teacher/Tutor Opportunity

Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic part-time teacher/tutor to join our team in Orangeville.

This role involves working directly with students as an Interactive Coach, utilizing our proprietary methodologies and philosophies to deliver engaging and effective lessons in English and Math.

We are looking for a candidate who possesses excellent communication skills, a passion for teaching, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching up to three students at a time at different levels
  • Following lesson plans and Oxford Learning's established protocols
  • Maintaining accurate post-lesson notes and daily student updates
  • Providing guidance and support to students in their academic development
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in a relevant field
  • Experience teaching or tutoring at a Kindergarten to Grade 8 level
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
