In this role, you will oversee our high-performing Retail Service teams and be responsible for building strong customer relationships and delivering excellent customer service. You will also act as the Officer in Charge (OIC) for the branch as required, managing any emergencies, customer escalations, etc. To be successful in this role, you will need excellent leadership skills, able to coach and develop your team. You will also need strong customer service skills, previous experience managing a team of employees, and excellent communication skills. Based on your exceptional leadership skills and ability to build strong customer relationships, we estimate that your annual salary will be around $85,000 in Blind River, Ontario. This salary is competitive and includes a range of benefits, including a comprehensive health and dental plan, a generous retirement savings plan, and a variety of paid time off options.
