Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team as a Business Growth Specialist. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving sales and fostering strong customer relationships through effective business development strategies. You will maintain impeccable customer service standards, oversee sales operations, and ensure accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential business opportunities by monitoring building permits and staying informed about market trends.
- Develop a robust lead base through various strategies, including networking, referrals, and industry connections.
- Stay informed about competitors and organize annual showroom visits.

Sales Operations and Customer Service:
- Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate sales order documentation.
- Provide daily updates to the Manager and assist with collections when necessary.

Professional Development and Technical Expertise:
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry advancements.
- Provide technical assistance to fellow sales representatives.
- Apply effective selling skills and construction knowledge to deliver high-quality service.

Consignment Management:
- Ensure product presence and condition at sites.
- Perform site inspections and prepare billing documentation.

Offsite Trade/Show Homes Management:
- Foster positive relationships with trade/show home providers.
- Ensure consistent brand representation.

Requirements:
- Sales experience in a B2B context.
- Basic to moderate computer proficiency.
- A valid driver's license and acceptable driver's abstract.

About the Opportunity:
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
