About the Role

BC Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Manager to oversee the coordination of administrative services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing staff, coordinating projects, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage administrative services to support the overall goals of BC Ltd.
  • Collect and process administrative fees and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial reports to ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
  • Develop and implement procedures to enhance corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to achieve optimal performance.
  • Interview, hire, and provide ongoing training for staff members.
  • Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
Requirements
  • Educational background: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Professional experience: At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Working Conditions
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.

Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
