Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Superior Recruiting Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supervising a team of 5-10 people, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities to meet deadlines
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, equipment, and supplies
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. They will be required to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
