Job Title: Budget Analyst

Partner Staffing is a leading recruitment agency specializing in providing top talent to the Oil and Gas sector, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Utilities industries.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Budget Analyst to join our client's team on a contract basis. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate financial models, budgets, and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support business decision-making.
  • Assist in the analysis of financial results and forecasts to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business initiatives and strategies.
  • Utilize SAP, Oracle Hyperion, and other financial systems to maintain cost center hierarchies, organize business units, and perform allocations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • University education with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and consolidation reporting skills, with the ability to develop and maintain complex financial models.
  • High-level experience with SAP, Oracle Hyperion, and other financial systems.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to senior management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
Benefits:

Partner Staffing offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
