Job Title: Development Manager, Security Engineering

We are seeking a seasoned Development Manager to lead our Security Engineering team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development of secure software solutions and mentoring a team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers in the development of secure software solutions
  • Mentor and coach engineers to improve their technical skills and career growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize security initiatives
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve Clio's security posture
  • Provide technical guidance and support to engineers on code reviews, architecture documents, and other technical projects
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in people leadership in software development, particularly with large-scale SaaS products
  • Strong background in hands-on cloud computing and cloud security
  • Diverse base of knowledge to help the team solve complex technical problems
  • Ability to describe successful projects and lessons learned from failed projects
  • Experience with Ruby on Rails
