Salary Information

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package. We estimate an annual salary range of $25,000 - $40,000 depending on the location.

Job Description

Our Sales Associates are vital to the success of Sunglass Hut. You will bring an authentic, fun and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.

  • Deliver sales plans and company objectives through cultivating new and existing customer relationships building brand loyalty.
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences through making connections, attention to detail and offering personalized shopping experiences resulting in customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
  • Maintain the appearance of the store and take initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized.
  • Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for individuals who:

  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Embrace new technology and change with high accuracy.
  • Achieve self-accountability for sales results through selling skills and drive to meet goals.
  • Possess strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Are self-motivated with demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a changing environment.
