Job Title: Export Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Export Sales Representative to join our team at UNIQUE FINE FABRICS IMPORT INC. As an Export Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and soliciting potential clients, consulting with clients after sale to provide ongoing support, and promoting sales to existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and solicit potential clients to increase sales revenue
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Promote sales to existing clients to increase revenue and expand customer base
  • Represent UNIQUE FINE FABRICS IMPORT INC. in international trade and export markets
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates for clients
  • Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions to stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
  • Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
Working Conditions:

Support for Newcomers and Refugees:

  • Recruit newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster
  • Support newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition
  • Offer mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees
  • Provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees
