Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Manitoba, Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments for public sector clients across the country.

About the Role

This is a casual contract position with flexible scheduling based on client needs and Psychologist availability. Work can be done on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured clinical interviews with candidates who have completed written personality assessments
  • Review and interpret test results, including MMPI-3 and 16PF
  • Determine whether candidates meet the requirements of Correctional Service Canada (CSC)
  • Provide feedback on individual assessment results to candidates and defend psychological evaluations when required

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience providing assessments for public entities in the last 10 years
  • Completed approximately 50 assessments for psychological readiness of candidates in the last 10 years
  • Ph.D. or Psy.D in Psychology required
  • Fully licensed for autonomous practice as a Psychologist in Manitoba
  • Fluency in English required
  • Ability to conduct interviews in-person or virtually

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
