* Preparing and serving specialty food at customers' tables with a smile
* Presenting bills to customers and accepting payment in a timely and professional manner
* Describing menu items, including daily specials, to ensure customers make informed choices
* Advising customers on menu selections to enhance their dining experience
* Greeting patrons, presenting menus, making recommendations, and answering questions regarding food and beverages
* Serving food and beverages with a focus on quality and presentation
* Taking orders and relaying them to the kitchen and bar staff with accuracy
