About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing training strategies, and performing data entry tasks. They will also be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to electronic inquiries, and ordering office supplies.
Responsibilities- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
- Manage training and development strategies to ensure team members have the skills they need to succeed
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records
- Answer phone calls and respond to electronic inquiries from clients and stakeholders
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
