We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team in the Rare Disease sector.

This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals with a strong background in sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:

  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed annual sales targets for assigned products, including objectives related to new product launches.
  • Territory Management: Proactively manage existing accounts while identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the designated territory.
  • Key Account Management: Conduct regular visits with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to provide product information, address disease states, and ensure appropriate use of assigned products.
  • Territory Planning: Develop and implement a territory-specific business plan with strategies to achieve annual sales objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize scientific and clinical data to engage healthcare professionals in informed discussions about product benefits, disease mechanisms, and treatment options.
  • Map patient pathways to identify opportunities for improving diagnosis and care, especially for misdiagnosed or undiagnosed patients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products and therapeutic areas through continuous training and education.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $70,000-$90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the specialty/rare disease pharmaceutical sector.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
