Inventory Management Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Modern Sales Co-op. As a key member of our Distribution Centre team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of inventory.
Key Responsibilities:- Freight Management: Provide support to the Shipper with all outbound freight, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Inventory Control: Unload and move products and materials using material handling equipment, adhering to allocation processes to ensure optimal warehouse flow and coordination of various shipments.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick customer orders accurately as per RF Gun list and/or manual ordering system, ensuring productivity standards are achieved.
- Shipping and Receiving: Review and correct any shipping and receiving discrepancies, verifying goods and comparing orders with packing slips and purchase orders.
- Warehouse Operations: Carry out general cycle counting processes, prepare shipments, and document shipments using in-house software.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50lbs, bend/crouch, climb stairs, and safely use ladders to retrieve materials and products.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written English) skills, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
