Job Summary

Auxaire Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to oversee the success of our door-to-door sales business. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to improve their performance.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in iOS and MS Outlook.
