Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Tim Hortons. As an Administrative Support Officer, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure timely payment of employees.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent position.
  • 30 hours per week.
  • English language required.
