Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Hotel PR Manager to join our team at AccorHotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective public relations strategies to enhance the hotel's reputation and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Public Relations Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive public relations plans, including media outreach, event management, and crisis communications.
  • Crisis Communications: Establish and maintain a local crisis communication program, providing timely and effective responses to any issues that may impact the hotel's reputation.
  • Media Relations: Act as the primary contact for media industry partners, fostering positive relationships and securing press coverage through proactive pitching and media visits.
  • Event Management: Manage all media-driven events from concept development to execution, ensuring seamless delivery of key messaging and brand promotion.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Journalism, or related field; Hotel Management Diploma/Degree is an asset.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of public relations experience, preferably in a luxury brand hotel environment.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and relevant software applications.
  • Personal Qualities: Positive attitude, strong initiative, flexibility, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
