Job Title: Director, Marketing & Branding

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Marketing & Branding to join our team at ROCKWOOL Group. As a key member of our Marketing & Business Development Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the U.S. and Canadian marketing strategy, including brand awareness and reputation, customer marketing, product marketing, channel marketing, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the North American brand architecture, positioning, and identity, in line with the ROCKWOOL GROUP global 'tone of voice.'
  • Lead the development and implementation of the North American marketing communications strategy for new and existing products, key stakeholder segments, and market segments.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop strategy and objectives supporting a commercially focused marketing function that supports operational sales and promotional activity.
  • Develop high-impact content and campaigns to engage key stakeholder segments and create leads, nurture MQLs, and ultimately convert to SQLs.
  • Act as the North American champion for global digital marketing implementation and support.
  • Collaborate with the Product Management team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products, internally and externally.
  • Manage and account for North America product and brand trademarks.
  • Manage all external marketing agencies, including creative marketing agencies, event marketing, and Public Relations.
  • Manage the North American marketing budget.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Management & Strategy, Public Affairs & Communications, Market Intelligence, and Technical teams.

Requirements:

  • University degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in Marketing in a similar role of leadership.
  • Strong data analytics background.
  • Experience working with national distributors.
  • Customer-minded and analytical/insights-driven.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage budgets.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experienced and highly skilled proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
