Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Commissionaires Victoria, the Islands and Yukon. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and products
  • Evaluate and improve marketing campaigns to ensure maximum impact
  • Oversee the preparation of public written materials, including reports, briefs, and website content
  • Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Plan and execute development projects, including marketing campaigns and events
  • Answer written and oral inquiries from clients and stakeholders
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials
  • Develop and maintain digital databases and social media presence
  • Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Google AdWords Certification
  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Google Drive, and desktop publishing software skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
