Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 4452750 Nova Scotia Limited Cheese Curds and Habaneros. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cafeteria and restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that food and service meet our high quality standards.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for our management team.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to our management team, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with our chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure seamless delivery of food trolleys.
- Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our team members and management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
